After twenty-nine years of owning and managing travel agencies in Texas, Tracy Fiers began operating independently as Celina Travel in August 2002. Tracy is certified as both a CTC and an ACC. The CTC, Certified Travel Counselor, designation is the pinnacle of travel industry professionalism. CTCs must possess at least five years of full-time travel industry experience and are required to complete a Master’s level course in travel management. Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the non-profit association representing the North American cruise industry, has an extensive education program, including personal cruise ship inspections and actual cruising experience which Tracy completed and earned the designation ACC, or Accredited Cruise Counselor.
